1. Booking & Appointments

All bookings with Wondrous Look are subject to these Terms & Conditions. By scheduling an appointment, you agree to abide by the policies outlined herein.

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due on the day of service.

You may choose to pay the full service amount in advance instead of a deposit. Full prepayment secures your booking in the same way as a deposit.

2. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment will receive a full refund minus the booking deposit. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment are non-refundable.

If you paid in full in advance and cancel more than 48 hours before your appointment, we will refund the amount paid minus 50% of the service total, which is retained as the booking deposit. Prepaid appointments cancelled within 48 hours, and no-shows, are non-refundable.

No-shows will be charged the full service amount.

3. Bridal Packages

Bridal packages require a signed contract and deposit to reserve the date. Trial sessions are scheduled separately and are included in package pricing where specified.

Changes to the bridal party size must be communicated at least two weeks before the wedding date. Additional attendants may be accommodated subject to availability and will be billed at the per-person rate.

4. Liability

Clients are responsible for disclosing any skin allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions prior to service. Wondrous Look uses professional-grade, hypoallergenic products but cannot guarantee against all allergic reactions.

5. Payments & Disputes

Card payments are processed securely by Stripe. By ticking the agreement box on our payment page, you confirm that you have read and accept these Terms and authorize the charge shown.

All prices are in US dollars. Your card issuer may charge foreign transaction or currency conversion fees, which are your responsibility.

If you have a concern about a charge or a service, please contact us first at info@wondrouslook.com or (305) 890-4778 and we will respond within 2 business days. A service is considered delivered once your appointment is completed. If a charge is disputed with your card issuer, we may share records of your booking, your acceptance of these Terms, our communications and photos of the completed service as evidence.

6. Photography & Media

Wondrous Look reserves the right to photograph completed work for portfolio and marketing purposes unless the client opts out in writing prior to the appointment.
