1. Booking & Appointments
All bookings with Wondrous Look are subject to these Terms & Conditions. By scheduling an appointment, you agree to abide by the policies outlined herein.
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due on the day of service.
2. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment will receive a full refund minus the booking deposit. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment are non-refundable.
No-shows will be charged the full service amount.
3. Bridal Packages
Bridal packages require a signed contract and deposit to reserve the date. Trial sessions are scheduled separately and are included in package pricing where specified.
Changes to the bridal party size must be communicated at least two weeks before the wedding date. Additional attendants may be accommodated subject to availability and will be billed at the per-person rate.
4. Liability
Clients are responsible for disclosing any skin allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions prior to service. Wondrous Look uses professional-grade, hypoallergenic products but cannot guarantee against all allergic reactions.
5. Photography & Media
Wondrous Look reserves the right to photograph completed work for portfolio and marketing purposes unless the client opts out in writing prior to the appointment.
